• Mortgage:  You may want to start the buying process by getting pre-approved for a mortgage. Ken can get you started.  Most work can be accomplished on the phone, E-Mail, or via online computer connections!
• Lender:  The lender will need account numbers, W-2’s, past addresses, all debits and credits in your name. 
• Price:  Once you have a realistic sales price and payment in mind make a list of the things that are really important to you in a home (area, schools, recreation, etc.).  Keep in mind the things you enjoy doing and tell Ken. 
• Availability:  Let Ken know when you can look and where you will be staying -- especially if visiting from out of the area.
• Relax:   Enjoy yourself during the search.  There are a lot homes on the market in the Pismo Beach, 5 Cities area, but you won't have to look at them all!!  Several will provide most of what you are looking for in a home so be happy and look forward to finding just the right home for you. 
• MLS:  Remember that the homes magazines are not up to date.  Only the area's online MLS (Multiple Listing Service) has the most current information.  Many homes in the books are already sold.  The good ones never last long!  Use the books as a guide to price and style. 
• Relocation:  Remember that Relocation companies generally allow you to select a realtor -- select Ken Osty, he will work hard for you.
• Referral:  If you would like to be referred to another area, ask Ken to have a referral realtor contact you
